How Long Will it take to get my tumbler?
Custom Tumblers are made to order. You can normally expect to receive your order within 30 days. If there are any delays, we will notify you as soon as we are aware of them.
Premade Tumbles typically ship out the next business day by USPS Flat Rate.
What do I do if I haven’t received my download email?
After your purchase, you will be able to download your files directly from the order confirmation page here on our website and an email will be sent to the address you specified in your order with your order receipt and unique download links. If you don’t see your order details email, please check your junk or spam folders. If for some reason you still cannot find the email, let us know and we will resend it as soon as possible.
What is the difference Between SVG and PNG Template Files?
SVG is a vector format while PNG is a raster or bitmap format. While Cricut does support SVG files, it has several limitations to that support. If you are using a Cricut machine our SVG files will require modification. We sell PNG files specifically for use with Cricut machines.
What does it mean if I get an error saying I reached my download limit?
Your unique download links allow you to download each of the files in your order 3 times. Each download through your link is recorded along with a log of the download time and IP it was downloaded from. This limit prevents link sharing and additional server costs. If you have reached your limit, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you to make sure you get your files.
